How It Works

The first step in the process, is to collect the plastic from  various locations around Pelham.

Following the collection of the plastic, we must clean, and sort it depending on its identification code.

The third step in the repurposing process is to shred the plastic into little pieces.

The fourth step in repurposing the collected plastic is to feed to shreds into one of 2 machines, which melt it, then either feed the molten plastic into a mold, or straight out.

The plastic from one of the machines is directly injected into aluminum molds, which shape and solidify the plastic creating a new object
